The swimming pool with comfortable side steps offers pleasant refreshment and will definitely be the biggest attraction for young and old, especially on hot sunny days. While you take a few pleasurable strokes through the 8-meter-long pool here, and after this wonderful refreshment, let the Croatian sun pamper you on one of the ready wooden loungers, you can leave all your everyday worries far behind. You can also spend your vacation reading on the covered terrace, which is of course also a great place to enjoy a meal together. From here you can also go directly into the interior of the house, which spontaneously convinces with a successful design. The country house interior, peppered with modern elements, contributes to the absolutely cozy atmosphere. Contemporary floor tiles and wooden floors create a lot of coziness and frame the stylish furniture just like the bright walls. Decorative exposed beam ceilings complete the picture of the cleverly interconnected yet distinct living areas. On the ground floor, in addition to the cozy living room (with direct access to the terrace) is the fully equipped country kitchen, the dining area, an inviting bedroom with bathroom en suite and a guest toilet. If you feel like entertainment or the weather does not play along, just relax in front of the flat screen TV, chat via wireless DSL connection with friends and relatives at home or dream a little while looking into the fireplace. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, where two more bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms are located. From up here again you enjoy access to the small balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful surrounding landscape. In a rural location and at the same time less than 20 km from the city of Poreč, you may enjoy in this location more than one thing at the same time: the unspoiled nature of Istria on the one hand and the proximity to the beautiful pebble beaches of the Adriatic Sea on the other hand. It is only a stone's throw from the picturesque hinterland to the coast, where you can spend extensive bathing days. Also very close is Višnjan, only 8 km away, where you can discover many small sights. Don't forget to take an original Istrian souvenir from here, made by local craftsmen, which will remind you at home of the wonderful vacation moments you spent in Croatia.
