Stylishly inviting chill and sunbathing areas are grouped around the 50 sqm pool, which is easily accessible via stairs. Through the built-in solar foil, the pool is heated supportively, warmer by 2 to 3 degrees. Absolutely great is the terrace directly at the house, which gives you a great view over the pool and garden and where you can start the day in the morning with a coffee on the comfortable lounge furniture. The brick charcoal grill is at your service for convivial barbecue evenings. Under the beautiful and protected pavilion, with dining area, you can spend culinary barbecue evenings and let the evening fade into the night. The fact is that the inside is definitely not inferior to the outside. You are greeted by a cozy and high-quality design, which captivates through the bright color scheme as well as through finely coordinated furniture and individual accessories, which are handmade by artists from the region - aesthetics in perfection. Equipped with underfloor heating, the 220 m² house is spread over two living levels. The first floor has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. There are also two cozy bedrooms. One with a double bed and bathroom en suite, and another with two single beds also with bathroom en suite. The upper floor is completely under the motto "relaxation". Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with TV and bathroom en suite, present themselves as stylishly elegant rest areas, which are actually too good for just spending the nights there. From both bedrooms there is access to the large balconies on the left and right. Another sleeping possibility is offered by the sofa in the living room.
