Stylishly inviting chill-out and sunbathing areas are grouped around the 12-meter-long pool, which is easily accessible via stairs and pampers your skin with salt water. And who will grab a spot in the great hammock in the greenery? The well-kept lawn is a great place to romp around, and there's also a playground for the little ones. Absolutely great is the elevated terrace directly at the house, which gives you a great view over the pool and garden and where you can easily have all your meals at the large dining table. The brick charcoal grill is at your service for convivial barbecue evenings. By the way, if you like to explore the area by bike: two bicycles are available at the house. The fact is that the inside is definitely not inferior to the outside. You are greeted by an exclusive industrial design, which captivates with a distinctive color scheme as well as finely coordinated furniture and individual accessories - aesthetics in perfection. Equipped with underfloor heating, the 245 m² house is spread over three living levels. In the basement you will find the playroom for young and old, which scores among other things with a foosball table. The first floor offers a spacious living and dining area with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The upper floor is completely under the motto "relaxation". Four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with TV and en suite bathroom (one with bathtub, three with shower), present themselves as stylishly elegant resting areas, which are actually too good to just spend the nights there. From one of the bedrooms there is an access to the balcony. Two more sleeping possibilities are offered by the sofa in the living room.
