From a more than 1,000 m² large, completely fenced area to pool and terraces to an outdoor kitchen, you will be offered a wide range of amenities that you probably want for a relaxing vacation. Find a nice spot directly at the house on the covered terrace and enjoy the beautiful view from here! Sun loungers are available for you as well as the dining area, which is also ideal for breakfast together or a dignified end of the day with a barbecue. The pool with stairs is 28 m² large - and pool towels are available, so you do not need to plan space in your suitcase. If you want to look from a little higher up, you can go to the spacious balcony and enjoy the panorama from there. The large sliding doors, which can be opened completely, allow you to extend the terrace into the house. Trendy furniture and modern colors and shapes set the tone here and create a totally cozy atmosphere. Living, dining and kitchen are cleverly accommodated in one room, so that you can spend ample time together. The kitchen offers you comprehensive equipment in a cool design. Even a small bar zone finds a nice place in this room, which is completely under the motto "sociability". An inviting double bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to the garden is also located on this lower living level, as well as a practical guest toilet. Two further pretty double bedrooms, again each with en suite bathroom and access to the balcony, are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and private TV.
