A whopping 14,000 m² of well-kept grounds open up a huge variety of options for you to spend all-around comfortable hours under the open sky. On the lawns, gravel and terraces there are plenty of opportunities to place a comfortable lounger or chair, go into relaxation mode indefinitely and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. On warm days you will certainly pay a visit to the pool in between: A whole 46 m² are available for splashing around or for sporty laps in the pool, which can be comfortably accessed via stairs. There is also a practical outdoor shower. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the nicely furnished covered terrace directly at the house is ideal for this, which is completed by a mobile gas grill for evening barbecues. From here you have a good view of the pool and the swing located further back on the grounds. The modernized country house offers a cool style inside: black and white marbled floor tiles, white walls and modern furniture set the tone and are complemented by effective color elements. With six vacationers, you can really spread out on the available 250 m² and, in addition to a lot of conviviality, also enjoy times of retreat if necessary. The huge sofa is a great place for chilling out, for example while watching a good TV movie. Right next to it is the dining table, if you want to dine indoors. The fully equipped high gloss kitchen with counter is open plan, so with these three living areas you have a great big communal space. A modern double bedroom with access to the terrace, and a separate bathroom with shower are also located on the first floor. The upper floor accordingly houses the two further double bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds - plus the associated en suite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the balcony, which can also be reached from the hallway.
