This vacation home, located on a gentle slope and equipped with a variety of facilities, could become your vacation kingdom! The pretty, slightly elevated and partially covered terrace at the house is a great spot to overlook this oasis well. You can take a seat in the cozy lounge or at the dining table. Here you can plan the day ahead with a delicious breakfast, which will put you in a good mood! In the evening, you might like to settle down in the tavern in the garden, which offers you not only another nice, sheltered seating area, but also a brick charcoal grill. Conveniently, there is even a toilet installed here. A highlight is of course the 60 m² pool, which you can access comfortably via a corner staircase and which is surrounded by a sun terrace. If necessary, it can be heated. If you like, you can choose your perfect sunbathing spot in advance! You can play a game of volleyball on the lawn behind the pool. On two living floors you can spread out to your heart's content and enjoy all-round fulfilled times indoors as well! 260 m² offer you enough privacy even with full occupancy. Fireplace and TV ensure that you will not lack entertainment or - on cool days - comfort and warmth. You will also find on this living level a very cozy double bedroom with garden access and a shower room. Three more double bedrooms plus three shower bathrooms - two of them en suite - are located on the upper floor. From two of them you have access to the inviting balcony. A fifth bedroom with a single bed is accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms - so ideal for a child.
