Get away for a well-earned vacation - and come here. Situated on the edge of a small settlement, you have your own little kingdom without having to live in isolation. If you are travelling with children the neighbourhood is accommodating and allows them to find and make new friends - this can be an added bonus for parents! The natural stone terrace, which runs directly across the corner of the house, is a great location to relax and in warm weather allows you enjoy home life outside. Whether you want to have breakfast here in the morning, or have dinner in a friendly atmosphere, there is always someone who likes to barbecue! - there are definitely no shortcomings here. And with 8 x 4 m exterior shower, framed by blue mosaic stones there is always a way to cool off! The surrounding lawn as well as the decorative stone walls compliment the extremely appealing overall picture. If you prefer to spend your holiday with the dog - the four-legged friend is welcome to come along! If the weather is not quite as inviting or you just want to take a few lazy hours indoors, the interior of the Croatian Villa also offers the excellent conditions for a comfortable stay. Directly from the terrace, accessible via large glass doors: the bright kitchen equipped with all the essential equipment for the self-catering holiday, which at the same time offers a dining and social space. Here you can prepare meals, dine together, chat, play, and make plans. In the living room next door, you may want to lounge on the sofa and relax sending messages to family and friends back home, thanks to WLAN connection. CD and DVD players, a Sony Playstation 3 and a total of four TVs with satellite connection complete the comprehensive media offer within the villa. Four individual and aesthetically styled bedrooms - heated and air-conditioned - provide a peaceful and restful space, all with comfortable double beds. In total there are four stylish baths with shower, WC and washbasin, providing ample space for everyone. The highlight however is a sauna. If you want to leave the idyllic village, you will find numerous attractive excursions and bathing places in the surrounding area. For example, you can visit the famous seaside resorts at Umag, Novigrad, Porec, Rovinj on the west coast or Rabac on the east coast. Barban has a number of well-preserved, architecturally interesting buildings from the Baroque and Gothic era. If you are interested in the cultural heritage of the area, you should definitely take a trip there. All around Barban, you will also be able to enjoy some of the hustle and bustle of the walks and enjoy the splendid views.
