The Villa "Seconda", situated in the picturesque village of Rojnici, is special and will steal your heart. The newly built villa has the typical characteristics of an Istrian villa in visible stone construction, but also smoothly polished walls, which are delicately painted in beige. The bright window shutters complete the attractive delicacy of this villa. The heart of this 800 m2 plot with an array of greenery is a fabulous private pool with surrounding natural stone deck terrace. The privacy of the property is provided by a small crushed stone wall surrounding the property. On the natural sun terrace you can enjoy comfortable wooden loungers for relaxing or reading. If it gets too hot, use the large umbrella or cool off in the pool. In the immediate extension of the pool terrace is the covered outdoor terrace with a beautiful outdoor dining area with a brick barbecue for BBQ evenings. The bright living rooms of the house are divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor from the floor to ceiling glass windows are the communal areas of the villa. The interior of the open living room, the dining room through to the kitchen area is absolutely coherent. Here, only bright, natural colours dominate. A large white dining table, with stylish dining chairs in white light wood, provide the feeling of a country kitchen, where everything fits together perfectly and underlines the natural look, delicate and harmonious character of the house, which is almost translucent. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, Coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The meals you prepare together in the kitchen can either be eaten in the house or outside under the covered terrace, where the taste of the aromatic herbs of the Istrian cuisine unfolds. On this floor level is one of the 3 ensuite bedrooms, it has 2 single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. Both these bedrooms are ensuite. One of the two bedrooms has a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and electric heating, ambient lighting and a wall-mounted LCD TVs. Due to the favourable price-performance ratio of this villa it can be occupied by only 4 people. Do you have a pet, which you cannot, leave at home during your holiday? No problem - animals are very welcome in this house. The villa is located in the middle of the small village of Rojnici, so that you can quickly visit the shops for the daily necessities. By car you can quickly reach the surrounding places like Barban, Svetvincenat or Zminj. These places are distinguished by their historical value and cultural importance, and you will still find numerous testimonies of the past. Equally there are also modern places to visit, which warmly welcome guests. Nature lovers can really make breath taking discoveries in the region of the peninsula of Istria, such as a hike in the Rasa Valley near Barban, a visit to the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, especially for those interested in the unique biodiversity of birds. Enjoy the peace and uniqueness of nature, or let yourself be carried away by the hustle and bustle of the cities and discover the diversity of Croatia.
