The newly built pool villa in a picturesque village of central Istria near Barban offers you everything you could wish for in your vacation on a spacious 140 m2 living area - and that at a really very moderate price. We would like to introduce you to the chic villa "Octava" and bring it closer to you. The typical Istrian villa with a mix of quarry stone masonry and smoothly plastered walls fits harmoniously into the plot of 500 m2 in size. The delicate sandstone color of the house seems to blend with the pool terrace laid in natural stone, where the azure blue of the 4 x 8 meter pool (with a child-friendly depth of 1.20 - 1.40 m) is echoed in the villa's blue shutters and windows. Surrounding the property is lush greenery. The lawn, which is at the complete disposal of your children, is bordered by a small quarry stone wall or by the surrounding typical Mediterranean vegetation, so that you can enjoy complete privacy. To the entrance side the access to the villa can be closed by a gate, so that also your along-traveled domestic animal finds sufficiently free run. In front of the house there are parking spaces for 2 rental cars, which you can rent at the airport of Pula, which is only 30 km away, if you have not arrived with your own car. The house is built on 2 floors. It is particularly nice that the common living spaces such as the living room, kitchen and dining area are kept open. These are located on the first floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the functional areas are all facing the pool side and allow that by opening the blue sliding elements, the covered terrace area in front of the pool is included in the living area. On the terrace adjacent to the kitchen side is an additional dining table at the fixed brick barbecue, this place is open for chill barbecue evenings in cheerful company. The furnishings are modern and colorful. The entire living area on the first floor is covered with large format dark tiles, which are very easy to maintain. The white walls, blue windows and orange couch landscape together with the progressive paintings on the walls create a wonderful ensemble. This adds to the cheerfulness that this villa exudes. The equipment offers as it were a lot of comfort, for example with the white fitted kitchenette, which is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker to the stove and large free-standing refrigerator and much more. In the living area there is a Wii station, which will give your children (and maybe you) a lot of pleasure. The 3 bedrooms are distributed on both floors. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms (each with a double bed) are located upstairs. From one of the two bedrooms you even have exit to the large balcony, which is located above the terraces and guarantees a beautiful pool and garden view. Again, there is a separate en-suite shower room for each bedroom. All bathrooms are modern white and have pleasant underfloor heating. In addition, the bedrooms have their own LCD TV, air conditioning and heating. The floor here is covered with a high quality wooden floor. Looking at the pictures, you will get a good impression of the charming, friendly villa, which will provide you with a casual individual vacation. When you return from your day trips to the attractive towns of the area, many of which have a medieval character, or an excursion into the enchanting, almost mythological nature, you can relax with a refreshing swim in the pool and on the adjacent sunbeds (under a parasol if necessary) and enjoy your days off in a self-determined way.
