What wonderful basic conditions for the adults to enjoy all the benefits that this extremely charming villa has to offer. Let's start with the beautiful terrace that hugs the building and caresses the 32 m² saltwater pool, which can be heated on request. At the covered dining table at the house you would like to sit forever, were it not for the charming outdoor kitchen with fixed grill, table and chairs - and of course the comfortable loungers that line the pool. From here, by the way, you have an excellent view of the small playground, which is connected to the well-kept lawn. Soccer goals complete the range of activities in the outdoor area. The steam sauna, which is not commonplace at all, provides relaxing wellness moments. Outdoor toilet and outdoor shower make being outside especially practical. Also from the inside the villa is a feast for the eyes: the entire interior can be described as friendly and modern, in each room trendy highlights were set by wall colors or accessories. The open living area inspires with a lot of coziness and direct access to the covered terrace. The comfortable sofa - if necessary to use as a sofa bed for two people - is available for extended relaxing evenings, TV and fireplace provide a nice ambience and entertainment even on bad weather days. The fully equipped kitchen is located half-open directly behind and is visually successful by the pretty dining table somewhat separated from the living zone. The three bedrooms are spread across the lower and upper floors - one downstairs, two upstairs - and each has an en suite bathroom. In the rest rooms, the furnishing style is consistently continued in form and color, so that a very harmonious aesthetic prevails throughout the house. Fine details such as exposed wooden beams, a round window and original lighting are effective eye-catchers. In one of the upstairs bedrooms there is another sofa bed for two guests. Underfloor heating and air conditioning guarantee you perfect comfort temperatures in the villa "Franko" all year round.
