In this visually attractive environment, nestled in a small housing settlement with few neighbours, is the modern holiday home "Kvarta". Thanks to a wall and the cypress plantations, the property is wonderfully private and provides privacy to allow you to enjoy a family holiday at any time of the year. Directly in front of the green garden scenery is a 8m pool decorated with blue and white mosaic stones. On the adjacent sun terrace there are comfortable wooden loungers waiting for you to relax on! The outdoor seating area, which is located directly adjacent to the house, is covered and on hot days is a great place, providing shade to enjoy family meals. In the evening you only have to go around the corner - and you will find a brick barbecue, which is great for BBQ evenings. A balcony upstairs offers another exquisite place directly under the Croatia sun. The completely equipped, chic white-style kitchen, is directly accessible from the adjacent terrace, and is ideal for self-catering. The indoor dining area is conveniently located close to the kitchen so you don't have to go far when the salt and pepper are missing. Prepare a crispy salad with fresh tomatoes, olives and fresh bread, or perhaps a few figs or sun-ripened apricots for dessert - if your mouth does not water at the sound of this then you are doing something wrong. The two-storey house is mostly open planned on the ground floor, without individual areas losing their clarity. Living, eating and cooking are seamlessly linked. You can choose to watch TV from the couch or surf the Internet, have fun in the in the pool or play a game at the table. The decor is pleasant and simple, dark materials create an atmospheric contrast to the white walls and the light floor tiles. The overall impression of the furniture is high quality, puristic and at the same time very cosy. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. On the upper floor are two bedrooms (with double beds) and two more shower rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV (satellite TV), CD player, air conditioning and electric heating. If you are looking for a break from the ideal village, you will find a considerable selection of attractive destinations in the area. A small village road leads through the villa complex and connects you quickly with various destinations in Istria. For example attractive bathing spots like Trget, Krnica or Rakalj or maybe get to know some bigger places - Rovinj (33 km), Pula (30 km), Rabac (26 km). In addition to the four churches in Barban, you can also admire the remains of the city wall, the city tower with its thick wall, the city Loggia and the palace Loredan from the 16th century.
