The magnificent villa in typical stone construction is located in an idyllic location in a small village called Trbounje on a huge piece of land of 15,000 m². The villa is embedded in a really wonderful lush garden landscape with a separate barbecue house and a great pool area with a surrounding sun terrace. Small paths paved with natural stone connect the building parts and usable areas such as the pool terrace or the outdoor dining area with each other. The planting is selected and according to the climate lush Mediterranean. Here you can enjoy the colorfulness of southern Europe and be enveloped by the scent of the enchanting lavender, which envelops you in the most beautiful way. The central garden plot is surrounded by smaller and also higher quarry stone walls, which delimit and gently embed the terrain. As far as the eye can see a beautiful hilly landscape, for which the Dalmatian hinterland is famous. Lush vegetation and karstic rock formations shake hands. Those who wish for absolute relaxation will find it in the beautiful villa "Dvori" in an absolutely private location. At the same time the great equipment of the house with sauna, fitness and Jacuzzi offers a great wellness program. The in-house tennis court is available to the guests for absolutely private use, cooling down after the match can be found in the 50 m² pool. On the surrounding sun terrace one recovers on the high-quality deckchairs from wood. In the evening the guest has the opportunity to chill out with a game of billiards in the house bar, where there is also an LCD TV and comfortable seating. Especially for a larger travel group, the villa offers a charming and varied program of sports and games. In addition to the 4 double rooms (3 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), there are 4 more simple sleeping places on a sofa bed or extra beds available for the guests without extra charge. For the little guests there is a baby crib. The interior impresses with its equally sophisticated and well thought-out furnishings. Guests will find plenty of space on a generous 450 m² of living space. A large living room is cozy and combines rustic elements such as the visible quarry stone masonry with large brick fireplace and visible ceiling woodwork with modern-classic country style, in which the red leather seating provides a pleasant contrast. The layout of the rooms is quite open. A large opening leads to the dining area, which is visually separated from the kitchen by a counter. The fully equipped kitchen offers with microwave, coffee maker, gas hobs, stove and much more, the comfort you are used to at home. In the house there is the already described wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and fitness as well as the bar room with billiard table, TV and lounge seating. In 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower or bathtub) the demand for privacy finds pleasant fulfillment even within a larger travel group. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable - especially due to partly visible wooden beams or walls built in quarry stone. The partly floor-to-ceiling windows penetrate the rooms with pleasant light. Some of the sleeping areas have a balcony or a connecting sun terrace with a small private seating area, where you can enjoy your time together even after sunset. Perhaps with a good glass of local red wine, the "Babic". For this and for the award-winning raw ham, the small town of Drnis, only 3.5 km away, is particularly well known. In the pretty small town of Drnis you do your shopping. The area in northern Dalmatia is still traditionally agricultural, which you as a guest will benefit from. Culturally, this area has a lot to offer. Be it the testimonies of past days, such as the 5 mosques of the village of Drnis, located on a hill, which testify to former Turkish rule. Or be it the fortified port town of Šibenik, 34 km away, which has numerous historical landmarks to offer. Equally impressive is the natural location of the town: offshore from Šibenik are about 300 larger and smaller islands (the most famous being the island of "Murter", which is connected to the mainland by a bascule bridge) with numerous rocks and cliffs. Towards the inland, Šibenik is protected by chalk cliffs and karstic mountain formations. A visit to the Krka National Park, 15 km away, is also highly recommended. Here you will find a unique and paradisiacal landscape around the river Krka with 7 waterfalls and canyon-like gorges. Bathing places are available.
