The large terrace, which stretches along the house and is partially covered, offers you a cozy lounge and super comfortable loungers on which you can doze extensively in the Mediterranean sun. The covered dining area next door is wonderfully sheltered and perfect for your cozy, convivial dinners at sunset. You can cook all kinds of Mediterranean delicacies on the brick charcoal grill. The private infinity pool with steps is available for refreshment, especially on warm summer days, and has a massage jet as a wellness extra. The 1,451 m² property, surrounded by a stone wall, also has a private multifunctional sports field, which is guaranteed to provide a lot of fun - you can play both soccer and basketball here. There is also a small children's playground in the garden, so both young and old can really get their money's worth here. Clean lines and shapes as well as a pleasantly unobtrusive color scheme characterize the interior of the spacious villa. Large floor tiles, lots of white and a clever lighting concept form further essential elements of the room atmosphere.
