The fitness and wellness area is located in a separate house with training equipment and sauna. On sunny, warm days, take a dip in one of the three 48-square-meter pools on the gorgeous terraces and enjoy the outdoor dining areas. On the stone grill you can cook the culinary delicacies that you feel like. The unique vacation property, which has a total of 11,000 m² park-like, partly wooded outdoor area - of which 2,000 m² private plus 5,000 m² shared garden area! -, stretches terraces and balconies on several levels towards the sun. This allows tables and loungers to always be placed in the best light, while covered areas provide shade breaks and for the quieter hours of the day. The most beautiful view can be enjoyed from above, here you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape, which you - little tip! - which you can explore with rental bicycles (available on request from the owner). So what is hidden inside behind the five stars? The first thing that catches the eye, apart from the 300 m² of living space, is the stylish design, which was allowed to find its way here with the best eye for harmony. Classic-modern elements in combination with wood-beamed ceilings and cleverly coordinated colors, shapes and fabrics create a very special, very aesthetic flair here. The fully equipped, modern chef's kitchens have all the amenities that a self-catering vacation in a larger group requires, including in each case an open dining area with the large wooden table that can seat up to 10 people. The spacious and very cozy living rooms have a large TV screen, sound system and magnificent views. In two houses there are five elegantly decorated bedrooms, in one four bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room. According to the needs and composition of the group, the king size beds of each bedroom can be divided into two single beds. With up to 30 people in this versatile domicile, there is probably no chance of boredom. Still, one or two may be drawn to ventures exploring the Istrian peninsula in more detail. The villa is located in the center of Istria, about 15 to 20 minutes by car from Pula. The quiet village of Režanci, where you will stay, offers the most wonderful peace and a grocery store for daily needs, only 7 km you are here from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The nearest beaches - whether you choose the west, east or south coast of Istria - are a 20 to 30-minute drive from the complex.
