A garden with lawns, a 9.5 m long (heatable!) pool - easily accessible via stairs - as well as various covered and open terrace areas are available for relaxing on a high level. Under the umbrella near the pool, you can take a bath on the inviting loungers to give undivided attention to the sun or in lounge-zone to enjoy a cold drink. Another covered seating area is located directly at the house. For communal meals, the covered pavilion with the grill is ideal - a wonderful spot with advantages at any time of day! Table football and table tennis are already ready for fun and action in a convivial atmosphere. If that is not enough, just use the multifunctional-sports-field including: a volleyball net, soccer goals and a basketball hoop. Not to be forgotten, as absolute top enjoyment biscuits: the two balconies on the upper floor - with wide views and access from each bedroom on the first floor.
