Your vacation garden is completely fenced and offers a 36 m² pool with stairs, which can be heated for you on request. A variety of seating and sunbathing areas directly under the Mediterranean sky or covered allow you plenty of options to spend your time outdoors comfortably. On the terrace next to the house you will find a dining area, a small summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a foosball table. In addition, young and old have further inviting possibilities for fun outdoor entertainment with a trampoline, soccer goals, basketball hoop, badminton court and children's playground on the adjacent property. A very friendly ambience awaits you inside the house. The partly floor-to-ceiling windows allow a pleasant amount of daylight into the contemporary and comfortably furnished rooms. On the first floor, an open living and dining area offers a cozy common zone, which is seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cater for yourself perfectly. A double bedroom with en suite shower room is also located on this living level, as well as the practical guest toilet. Two more double bedrooms with balcony access are located on the upper floor, each with bathroom en suite - one of them equipped with shower and one with bathtub. All bedrooms are trendily decorated and each has a TV set. An additional sleeping possibility for two guests is offered in the living room on the sofa bed. There is space and opportunity to be active indoors in the game room with fitness equipment. The villa is air-conditioned, also has central heating, a pellet stove and a fireplace - these are the very best conditions for year-round living in absolutely comfortable conditions.
