With its light furnishings and use of delicate colours, this villa can be seen to be as equal to that of its gentle and tender impressionist painter. This wonderful villa "Monet" does not do its name justice. With its light furnishings and use of delicate colours, this villa can be seen to be as equal to that of its gentle and tender impressionist painter. The facade is painted in a rich beige, with limed window surrounds, the almost white wood with visible structures put harmony into the natural surroundings of the dry stone wall, with red wooden floors. The surrounding garden is compact yet casual. From inside the villa through the floor to ceiling window you overlook the terrace, here you can view the outside covered kitchen with a spacious dining area which has light wooden furniture and a super kitchen facility including a built in barbeque. To protect yourself from the midday sun, a canopy can be extended under the roof. The outside covered kitchen borders the pool. The private lit pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace offering lots of space and room to relax. The inside of the property is light and airy. In the open plan living space you will find pale green walls which work in harmony with the light wooden ceilings and light, floor tiles. The furnishings consist of 2 single day beds in front of a hanging open fire, which also has a LCD TV hanging over it. In the centre of the room you will find a large light dining table which can seat 8 people. In an open niche you will find a built in kitchen in the same light wood. The kitchen is fully equipped by the company Gorenje with washing machine, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a fridge/freezer. Suitable living accessories have also been chosen. On the same level you will find a guest toilet, small room and a fitness area. In the fitness area you will find a sauna, Jacuzzi, exercise corner, shower and LCD TV. One of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite shower room can also be found on the ground floor. The floor to ceiling window allows the bedroom direct access to the pool terrace. The remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs. All the bedrooms radiate a peaceful atmosphere. Together with the light floors, cream-beige walls, light ceilings, lime window shutters and light framed beds gives the room a pleasant feeling. All 4 bedrooms have LCD TVs on the walls. The bathrooms (1 with a large corner bath, the other 2 with showers) are spacious and decorated with earth tone tiles. The sinks are built in with light wood. The villa comes with central heating and air conditioning and suits accommodation all year round. The charming and dreamy villa "Monet" is situated on a resort with 6 other villas. Each villa comes with its own large property with private pool and beautiful designer gardens to uphold the privacy of the guests. At the same time the guests have access to the community sports park facility which includes volleyball, badminton and table tennis.
