The spacious villa "Santi" demonstrates its generous construction - on 265 m² of living space and with a well-designed outdoor space for up to 8 people, enough space for everyone and yet at the same time takes into account your privacy. There is something exciting for every guest, the children will find pleasure and entertainment and you will be able to relax. This will make your holiday incredibly uncomplicated and enjoyable. The house has on the ground floor the shared living areas consisting of an open, combined living / dining and kitchen area. There is a comfortable sofa area in front of the fireplace with a central dining area and an open, fully-equipped kitchen (elegant bronze coloured fridge with ice compartment from the company Gorenje, which fits so well with the dark wood of the furniture, dishwasher, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and much more). By unifying all functional areas, this level becomes a communal space. On a beautiful summers day you simply move the whole thing outside. In the beautifully designed garden area are numerous, covered seats. Take a seat on the comfortable outdoor furniture on the chilled terrace. The large private pool with the surrounding wooden terrace not only offers relaxation on the sunbeds shaded by an umbrella, but is the central link between the terraces of the house and the covered outdoor terrace. Below is a 45 square meters great summer kitchen with barbecue area and a long wooden table, which can accommodate up to 10 people. While your children are swimming in the pool, you can sit comfortably with your friends, chat, enjoy a glass of good Istrian red or white wine for which this landmark is famous for, or simply enjoy the silence and beauty of the wooded landscape. Additional recreation is offered in the indoor spa area, which consists of a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a small fitness corner and an additional LCD TV. The 4 bedrooms together with respective ensuites bathrooms are all on the upper floor. The rooms are generously sized with friendly rustic furniture with ample storage space and French windows. All bedrooms have an LCD TV. Three of the bathrooms are styled urban rustic and have a fitted shower, the fourth bathroom has a spacious bathtub. The relaxing holiday begins by arriving at the airport Pula. You can reach the villa quickly by car, as it is only 20 km from the airport. You can park your car under the in-house carport. The family-friendly, chic villa "Santi" is located on a resort-like property with a total of 6 exclusive villas. Each of the houses has a sufficiently large plot with its own pool and a smartly landscaped garden, thus preserving the privacy of the guests. There is a sports park facility available for guests to use for beach volleyball, badminton and table tennis, so that the children can enjoy a variety of activities to keep them happy. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring towns of Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat and the local restaurants. You can also cook in the outside kitchen or in the house.
