The villa is beautifully furnished in a rustic country house style and is very comfortable and modern. In the living area we welcome an open plan kitchen with dining area and a long wooden table. The perfect and easily accessible chest height stove, ceramic hob, large refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher, kettle and much more. This equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and living area which is located in a comfortable corner of the villa. Here in front of the open fireplace you can enjoy a good book from the in-house library or watch television. The 4 comfortable bedrooms with wooden floors and ceiling beams are bright; the light linen curtains in front of the wooden windows make the room appear extra comfortable. Each bedroom has a modern LCD TV wall mounted. Each of the 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, and 3 on the upper floor) has its own ensuite bathroom with shower or bathtub. The walls are stucco-effect; the tiles are made of selected natural tones and are complemented by a subtle mosaic border. The exquisite wash basins are mounted on wooden furniture. The remaining 3 upstairs bedrooms have their own, solid bath with shower or tub. In the house is a small fitness area consisting of a punching bag and other sports equipment, a small Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi. After the sporting activities and / or the sauna, the illuminated outdoor pool invites you to cool down, day or night. A separate outhouse with an outdoor kitchen allows the possibility to move the day and evening activities completely outside into the beautifully designed garden area. If you want to experience other activities - be it of a sporting nature or cultural - here is the perfect starting point for trips to the surrounding area in the small village of Bonašini. Picturesque cities like Vodnjan with numerous cultural and historical monuments amidst a spectacular landscape or Svetvinčenat with a rich, varied cultural offer await you. Pula (the airport and the city are about 20 km away) with a 3,000-year-old history it offers a cityscape characterised by Roman temples as well as baroque palaces and remains of medieval city walls and gates. Today, Pula is a modern economic and cultural centre in Central Istria. Other activities such as cycling and wine tours are also available. Why not even book a boat trip to Venice or early in the morning a deep sea fishing trip on an Istrian fishing boat?
