Villa Zvonar, which looks a bit like a mansion, towers above the beautiful landscape and offers you literally fabulous views! The view of the slightly hilly landscape, characterized by Mediterranean greenery, will most likely put you immediately into relaxation mode, so that you will choose one of the wonderful outdoor seating or sunbathing areas as if by itself and indulge in the do-nothing there for the time being. Perhaps you'll be drawn to one of the comfortable loungers by the infinity pool - from here, the view is particularly expansive. Or at the rustic covered seating area at the house, which invites you to socialize at any time of the day and is conveniently flanked by a summer kitchen with a brick charcoal grill. The well-kept, lovingly landscaped and completely fenced garden tempts you to take a walk or two - after all, your favorite reserved spot won't run away. In the meantime you can stop at the small table with chairs on the other side of the house. You can casually walk into the 50 m² overflow pool via the Roman staircase and then swim into the vacation panorama - simply magnificent! No less enjoyment is promised by a stay in the whirlpool, which is decoratively guarded by a palm tree, right next door - are you already imagining a nightly bath under the starry sky? An aesthetic, here and there colorful flair welcomes you in the completely modernized traditional stone villa, where you can spread out on a generous living space. Exposed brickwork harmonizes with wooden ceilings, lighting, floor tiles and the charming inventory. A touch of sun shines in the living area with fireplace not only through the windows, but is also radiantly reflected in the elements dipped in yellow. Bordeaux colors present themselves in the dining area, which is accessible from here via an open passageway. Here, in turn, is openly connected to the fully equipped kitchen, whose dominant tone is a red that matches the chairs. Speaking of chairs: here are also a few bar stools ready for you - so nothing stands in the way of a tasty sipping drink at the cool counter. A bathroom with shower is also located on this floor, which, by the way, is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are the cozy bedrooms. One of them has a brick fireplace, balcony access and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two double bedrooms share another bathroom with bathtub. Two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. The air conditioning installed in the house ensures ideal temperatures at all times, even in the warm season.
