Fine, partly extravagant plants harmonize fabulously with green lawns, gravel and terrace zones as well as individually draped boulders. The 50 m² pool blends casually into this landscape. You can comfortably access the pool with salt water via a corner staircase. Afterwards, you can let your skin dry on the comfortable loungers, and perhaps later change places to the cozy lounge. The small summer kitchen with barbecue - located on the slightly elevated, partially covered terrace directly at the house - offers you various possibilities to indulge in culinary delights outside. The large dining table with a beautiful view into the garden is a dreamlike place for convivial meals. If you want to explore the area by bike: Four bicycles are available on request. The interior of the bungalow-like villa is modern, with straight lines, lots of comfort and a trendy style. From the terrace, large floor-to-ceiling windows lead into the open living and dining area, which is wonderfully flooded with light. Take a seat together at the long table or on the comfortable sofa or plan a meal and romp together in the fully equipped, openly integrated kitchen! Four elegantly furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms are available for relaxing vacation nights and offer in combination with the en suite shower bathrooms a maximum of comfort and privacy. Each has its own exit to the outside. A guest toilet completes the equipment of this villa, which is incidentally equipped with underfloor heating. Thus, even cooler months can be spent here in absolute comfort.
