In this respect, the outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities to spend quality time under the open sky. Terrace and balcony areas invite to extensive sitting in the Mediterranean sunshine. If you prefer it shady, you can retreat under a parasol or find a place on the covered terrace, from which you have a pleasantly short way into the house and also a great view of the pool. The pool with corner steps and hydromassage nestles casually against the terrace and is available for sporty laps as well as fun splashing around. You can relax on the comfortable loungers and perhaps just do nothing at all while you enjoy the pretty, lovingly landscaped garden that surrounds you. The terrace directly at the house is also tastefully designed and almost looks like an outdoor dining room. On the brick barbecue you can prepare Mediterranean delicacies to your heart's content and feast on them in peace at the end of the day. In the spacious and beautifully bright kitchen, which is open-plan here, with extra workspace in the middle, a high level of technical comfort awaits you for joint cooking sessions. Two super nice bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds - plus en suite bathrooms are also located on the first floor, as well as a practical guest toilet. Three further wonderfully furnished double bedrooms - two with balcony access - are located on the upper floor and also each have a bathroom en suite.
