The covered terrace directly at the house, also with lots of natural stone and also equipped with an inviting dining area, is an excellent place to enjoy the well-kept area. Here you can make plans for excursions with a delicious breakfast or end the day with a barbecue. During the day, you will surely be drawn to one of the comfortable loungers placed on the lawns, where you can loll extensively in the Istrian sun. The 32 m² pool, which can be heated on request and is elevated, is at your disposal for cooling off and swimming fun, an outdoor shower is also available. The jacuzzi offers wellness moments - especially atmospheric in the dark, when you can look up at the starry sky above you. The table tennis table promises fun and games for young and old. And if you're still in the mood for exercise, you can hop on one of the two rental bikes and explore the surrounding area. The charming stone villa welcomes you in a very rustic and cozy way. Enjoy the traditional ambience on 100 m², which will also make your indoor stay an all-around cozy pleasure. On the first floor you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A side entrance leads to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. This small separate living unit promises a special degree of privacy - perhaps for the accompanying grandparents or simply two people who particularly value individual space. A total of four sleeping places - one double bed plus two single beds - can be found on the upper floor, which is designed as a gallery and very cozy with lots of wood. The two sleeping areas are visually separated by a screen wall. A bathroom completes your living comfort on this floor.
