The comfortable loungers by the 34 m² outdoor pool might be your first choice? Move them to your favorite spot and live from there into the rest of the day! If you get hungry in the meantime, you have a nice place to sit at the dining table and additionally a grill, on which you can conjure up a Mediterranean barbecue. The ways into the house are wonderfully short, so that you have no trouble at all with setting up and covering. For the little ones, there is playground equipment in the garden, so boredom is unlikely to arise. The transition from outside to inside is pleasantly smooth thanks to the house corner that can be opened completely via floor-to-ceiling windows. And so you sit at the indoor dining table almost as if you were sitting outside. The dining area leads directly into the living area, where a super-comfy sofa awaits guests who like to relax. Extra-large floor tiles and harmonious color tones give the room an atmosphere that is both cozy and unobtrusive. Of course, a large flat-screen TV can't be missing here, and there's room for your nibbles on the side table. In the elegant, comprehensive kitchen you can try out local dishes together! A chic double bedroom with bathroom en suite is located on this living floor, as well as a guest toilet, on the upper floor there are four more double bedrooms, which are all equipped with a bathroom en suite.
