The well-kept area, consisting mainly of terraces and lawns, is fenced on all sides, which offers you a lot of peace and security during your vacation. The central eye-catcher is of course the 40 m² large saltwater pool, which is heated by solar energy and can be additionally heated by pump on request. You can access it comfortably via a staircase. Adjacent to the pool you will find comfortable loungers for relaxing, either in the sun or in the shade. In the extension of the sunbathing terrace there is a nice dining area, where you can feast in the evening under stylish lighting. Maybe you feel like cooking some Mediterranean delicacies on the big chic charcoal grill. By the way, the pool is located very close to the kitchen and couch area, so that these zones merge smoothly into each other - a very special living experience out- and indoors! Fitness corner, ping-pong table, soccer goals as well as two bicycles are at your disposal in this domicile for vacation fun and activities. A dining area and the open, comprehensively equipped kitchen follow, where you can prepare your favorite fragrant drink in the morning using the Nespresso or filter coffee machine. The bedroom on this floor is accessible from the garden. The upper floor houses three more bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
