You prefer shade? No problem, several sunshades are ready to provide you with breezy times. No question: The 10 m long, heated saltwater pool is the heart of the garden. You can comfortably access it via stairs and either do some sporty laps or opt for the wellness program and let yourself be pampered by the hydro-massage. Or both! On the imposingly framed roofed terrace directly at the house, a dining table and barbecue are waiting for barbecue enthusiasts who would like to end a day of their vacation in this beautiful spot. In the separate small sitting area you can retreat with a small group and enjoy the beautiful view from there. All those who want to train their fitness while on vacation will find the right equipment with a trampoline, table tennis table and fitness bike. A dart board and a play station are also available. Huge sliding doors open wide onto the terrace, so that in this super-modern villa the outside and inside merge smoothly and you actually feel as if you are outside in the large living and dining room. Shades of black, anthracite and gray are effectively combined here with light surfaces and different materials such as wood, glass, clinker brick, creating a harmonious and at the same time original accentuated atmosphere.
