The space around the elegant building is well used: Here there are not only several, partly covered terrace areas with the most diverse inviting seating, but also the 40 m² pool including staircase entrance, outdoor shower and, of course, sun loungers. In the evenings you can enjoy the culinary delights of the summer kitchen, including a brick barbecue, and indulge in extended barbecue evenings at balmy Mediterranean temperatures. Eos is also a dream from the inside: the villa exudes an all-around inviting flair thanks to fine furniture, an extremely harmonious color composition as well as several aesthetic eye-catchers and clever lighting. Here you can immediately feel at home! In addition to the open living-dining room with the long table, the cozy sofa area including fireplace and flatscreen TV, the common area is characterized by the chic, fully equipped bright kitchen with direct access to the terrace.
