Villa "Drage" is a place of rest, as the house is located in a fabulous solitary position in the gentle foothills of the mountain Kozjak and offers a fabulous distant view that ends in the beautiful bay of Kaštela. A place to relax - also due to the beautiful decor of the house, which is overall very sophisticated - whether at the beautiful pool of 10 x 4 meters in size, illuminated even at night, on the surrounding terrace on the comfortable deck chairs or at the long dining table under huge almond and olive trees or oaks that provide shade. The place exudes an incredible tranquility that already picks you up at the gate to the spacious property. We enter the villa and arrive in an architecturally appealing living room with great furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace and with panoramic windows set into the fancy ceiling construction. It all looks very open and almost post-modern. Our gaze wanders upward, where we discover a library in the gallery that looks totally cozy and traditional. A small oasis of peace, but also offers the opportunity to pursue his hobby or sometimes his job at his desk, the creative environment will avoid any stress. From the huge living room you enter the semi-open dining room with the comfortable leather high-back chairs. Behind it is the kitchen - a country kitchen in lime green with the latest technical equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). Via an inviting staircase made of noble wood, from which also the floor is uniformly kept and from which also some pieces of furniture were made to measure, we reach the sleeping areas. Great furnished bedrooms with halogen spots, partly separated dressing room for up to 10 people and 5 spectacular bathrooms (one even has a whirlpool). The bathrooms are really super modern and a dream: whether in extraordinary color combination of mauve with dark green, pop apple green, metallic brown tones or with small mosaic tiles in rust tone tiled open shower areas - all extremely tasteful and extraordinary. Leaving the house, we also find numerous highlights outside that deserve special mention. There is a generous outdoor shower by the pool, so there is no need to go inside after a swim. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with a permanent barbecue area. The barbecue is taken in the shade of the olive trees at the long table by the fountain overlooking the sea. In cooler temperatures or later in the evening, one returns to the wine cellar and spends a convivial evening there. Those who want to be active in sports can use the small fitness room. The beautiful villa "Drage" is located in the picturesque village of Prgomet, which is only 8 km away from the incredibly beautiful town of Trogir with its protected world cultural heritage (founded around 300 BC). There are numerous cultural highlights and open air events here, which are very diverse. Split, the second largest city in Dalmatia, is only 28 km away. A visit to these two nearby towns with its numerous cafes, bars and restaurants is always worthwhile. The airport of Split is 7 km away and the ferry port of Split 28 km away, so "Villa Drage" as a destination of an unforgettable vacation trip is manly fast and easy to reach.
