And so it's no surprise that when you're sitting at one of the super-beautiful outdoor seating areas, here and there you think you can feel a pleasant breeze from the Mediterranean gently blowing over your skin. The chic armchairs on the stylish covered terrace or the inviting dining area with outdoor kitchen including grill (electric and charcoal), also covered - just choose your personal favorite place for fully relaxing vacation time! Sun worshippers will find their oasis of happiness on one of the comfortable relaxation loungers after an extensive swim in the pool, which is equipped with corner steps. From here you can doze off into the surrounding green nature or into the blue sky - wonderful! Not only at the end of a beautiful day at the beach, in the garden or after a convivial evening with a glass of wine, one likes to go to the trendy and friendly interior of the villa. A cozy floor design, bright walls, clear shapes and a distinctly harmonious color scheme characterize the unmistakably feel-good atmosphere that welcomes you with sincere hospitality. A cozy living area with comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed) in front of the floor-to-ceiling window offers an extremely inviting place to chill out even in cooler months. An open dining area adjoins, and so does the stylish eat-in kitchen, which is fully equipped to a high standard with everything you need for self-sufficient self-catering days, plus two more seats at the small counter. Four elegantly designed bedrooms - two per floor - offer plenty of family-friendly space, especially as up to two cribs can be provided on request. One of the two upstairs bedrooms is a cheerfully decorated children's room with a loft bed. In total, there are three bathrooms in modern design, the two on the first floor are en suite, there is also a practical guest toilet here. From the bedrooms of the upper floor you have access to the balcony in each case, from which you float directly above the pool terrace. With two families or with friends Sanja is a real dream place.
