The area of the super beautiful Villa Lavanda-Labin offers you different areas where you can find unique favorite places. Lawns characterize the property, as well as decorative Mediterranean plants, lovingly laid steps connecting the two outdoor levels, and screens for your privacy. The heart of the garden is located in front of the back of the house: the great 45 m² saltwater pool, which has a comfortable stair entrance on one side and is surrounded by an inviting sun terrace. Here you can relax to your heart's content in the sun or under the provided parasol and enjoy the Mediterranean light - either on one of the comfortable loungers or in the Balinese bed, which offers a particularly fine spot. Only three steps lead from the pool area to the covered terrace, where you will find a dining table for communal meals as well as a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue. At this spot you can, if you like, have your breakfast in a very dignified way or end your vacation day with a barbecue. The view of the pool and the rest of the garden is simply wonderful. Over large steps one reaches down into the play and fun zone, which offers a children's playground, soccer goals, a trampoline and badminton on artificial grass. Boredom under the open sky can therefore not arise in Villa Lavanda-Labin. Through several floor-to-ceiling windows you enter the house from the terrace. This is how you get into the open living/dining room. Tastefully combined furniture in beige and gray tones and cream-colored tiles give a thoroughly stylish overall picture. Here you want to settle down right away and above all: stay. The sofa corner invites you to chill out extensively, perhaps reading or being entertained by a good movie. On cool evenings, the fireplace conjures up an additional cozy atmosphere. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed for two people. At the dining table right next door you can dine with up to six people. The kitchen is well equipped and will serve you well on self-catering days. Without superfluous accessories, but with a very good sense for effective color accents, the bedrooms convince with clarity, lots of daylight and their own flat-screen TV. Each of them has a modern en suite bathroom. A real indoor highlight is the infrared sauna and the Jacuzzi - both perfect after a workout in the in-house fitness corner! Guest toilet and extra shower in the spa area make your wellness program especially comfortable. We think: this villa in Croatia is a real jack-of-all-trades, which has an adequate answer for many wishes!
