At the same time, of course, the wonderful outdoor area invites you to chill out. The private 45-square-meter saltwater pool (which can be heated on request) ensures that you can get your body going early in the morning with the rising sun. The hydromassage does its part. On the inviting large and partly covered terrace directly at the house you are confronted with only one challenge, namely to get the very best view. When the stars twinkle above you in the late evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine at the dining table or in the beautiful lounge set while looking towards the gently rocking boats in the marina. The interior that awaits you will also meet high standards. Many windows let in plenty of Mediterranean light and allow wonderful views to the outside, especially towards the sea. The living/dining room is perfect for socializing - whether you're watching a movie on the flat-screen from the comfy couch, playing a game of cards at the dining table, or making sure a delicious dish takes shape in the integrated, fully-equipped kitchen. A super-beautiful ocean-view bedroom with en suite bathroom is also located on the first floor, as is a convenient guest bathroom. The three other inviting bedrooms upstairs also each have their own en suite bathroom and also access to the magnificent view balcony with all-glass railing. Foosball table, ping pong table and dart board in the garage provide variety in the house and lots of extra fun for young and old. We find: this house offers perfect vacation conditions for a travel group of eight people - plus, if needed, two more who may use the sofa bed in the living room.
