The rectangular pool that stretches out to the sea is not the only exclusive detail that glistens here. Here, attention was paid to absolute coherence - as with the façade of the cube-like building, which captivates with its panoramic windows rising up to the flat roof. The partial roofing of the 24 m² pool terrace ensures that you can treat your skin to a short break from the sun before you move one of the loungers back to the open-air area to devote yourself to your favorite novel or simply listen to the gentle sound of the sea. Perhaps you will also take a position on the 4 m² glass terrace on the upper floor and enjoy the view into the distance? As soon as you get hungry, a mobile grill is at your disposal, with the help of which you can conjure up your favorite delicacies. In the lounge furniture directly on the open terrace it is particularly comfortable to dine. Hardly less far from the sea and visually completely connected to the outside by the huge windows, you can alternatively sit at the indoor table. Not surprisingly, the interior of the villa is also an architectural eye-catcher and presents luxury in its most beautiful form. The interior convinces with a stylish and at the same time very high-quality design. In the open, light-flooded living areas, the dominant colors on various levels are white and light brown in combination with clear lines and beautifully designed furniture. Aesthetic paintings and sparingly dosed decorative elements complete the unique atmosphere. The living room, located on a mezzanine level, invites you to spend a relaxing movie night with its cozy couch landscape, exuding a cool yet cozy ambiance. In the fully equipped and ultra-modern kitchen on the first floor you can - also here: with sea view! - prepare delicious meals and thus celebrate the consciously chosen self-catering. Elegantly appointed bedrooms with inviting carpets promise the utmost comfort on the 1st and 2nd floors - and French balconies. The second floor houses one room with a double bed and one with two single beds, the second floor another room with a double bed. SAT / LCD TV is available in all three rooms, just as each has an exquisite en suite bathroom. The upper hallway opens to the already mentioned glass terrace with magnificent sea views. Last, but not least, the villa offers a sauna with shower, to be found on the lower (pool) level, and who wants to do something for the fitness even on vacation, cycling on the indoor bike. The resort property, on which the total of seven villas are located, is fenced and video monitored. There is a customer office open for you on site, where you can take advantage of various service offers such as an airport transfer, a cleaning or breakfast service, bike rental or great excursion offers. The coastal road is not far away. Nevertheless, it is pleasantly quiet. So here you can enjoy the luxury of spending your time in a relaxing environment, while at the same time you can reach various destinations in a short time. You feel like a little city life? Then head for Trogir (34 km), Split (61 km) or Šibenik (29 km). Šibenik is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sveti Cathedral. Among the most important sights of northern Dalmatia are also the national parks Paklenica, Krka, Kornati and Zadar.
