The special thing here: Pilato includes two residential buildings and an indoor area of 300 m², where you can spread out with pleasure - so you can feel maximum privacy here. The park-like outdoor area knows how to convince with well-kept spaciousness and an abundant offer of activities. The pool alone offers you 40 m², which can be accessed very comfortably and is bordered by a surrounding terrace, on which enough loungers are already waiting for guests who want to relax. A few steps further over lawn and flagstones you reach the jacuzzi, which is a good game in any weather thanks to its airy roofing. A brick charcoal grill is ready for sociable barbecues, the covered terrace offers a wonderfully protected and cozy place for your feast. The little vacationers will enjoy the children's playground and the trampoline, so that boredom will hardly arise here. The grown-ups might like to compete in a game of tennis on the hotel's own court? Your vacation domicile extends over two houses, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. You will find a well-kept country house ambience here, which makes indoor stays an absolute pleasure with a lot of coziness - not least because the rooms are fully air-conditioned. A lot of wood, natural stone elements and some color accents create a very pleasant, unobtrusive flair to feel good. The large house is divided into three floors. On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, SAT-TV, a sofa, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom en suite, as well as a convenient guest toilet. On the second floor are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed and bathroom en suite. The second floor offers one room with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a shower room that you share. The smaller stone house near the pool consists of a first floor with a small kitchen, dining area and living area. A guest toilet completes this floor, which is fronted by the large covered terrace. You will find a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite upstairs. In addition, there is access to the covered and charmingly furnished balcony up here. A game room with a ping pong table, darts and a pool table completes the equipment of the villa.
