With the majestic Villa Panoramica we present you an absolutely spectacular vacation home. The architecturally exclusive house with especially many extras is located on an impressive, over 8,000 m² large, gently sloping and completely fenced area in southwestern orientation. An absolute highlight on the extremely well-kept grounds is the 14.5 m long infinity saltwater pool, which can be heated on request. From the water and from the surrounding terrace you have a sensationally beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the landscape lying at your feet. The whirlpool offers further possibilities to enjoy the water. On comfortable loungers you can relax extensively and take in the view completely. If you like, you can spend whole days outside. The ingenious outdoor kitchen with lava stone and charcoal grill creates perfect conditions for this. You can sit at the dining table just as comfortably under a roof as in the spacious chill-out zone right next door. The SONOS HIFI system provides the right sound at any time. Those who like to be active can join others at the table tennis table or the soccer goals, and for the little ones there is a swing. On the upper floor of the fabulous balcony zones entice with more enchanting views. By the way, if you're thinking of renting an electric car on site - a charging station is available at the house. The design villa, which can be inhabited all year round, offers you not only a sensational amount of space on a generous living area, but also amenities that are really worth seeing in terms of variety and standard. Your elegant home away from home, in which you are always in close contact with the surrounding nature, extends over a total of four levels, which we would like to present to you from top to bottom. On the 1st floor are the four elegant bedrooms, each with double bed, noble en suite shower room and access to the balcony. All rooms offer an open panoramic view of the sea! A telescope is available in the sleeping area so that you can admire the starry sky at night and the nearby coastline during the day. Sleeping accommodations for two additional guests can be created via single beds in each of the double bedrooms. The first floor houses the chic, open-plan common areas of living, dining and kitchen. The open fireplace near the sofa provides additional warmth and coziness when needed. A guest toilet is also located on this level, from the outside the pool landscape nestles here. The 1st basement houses an entertainment room with pool table and dartboard as well as a sofa area with TV and Playstation 5. In addition, there is a fitness area on this floor along with a small wellness area with sauna and shower. The small bar with local wines and oils that can be purchased is another highlight on this level. A garage with space for up to six cars can be found in the 2nd basement.
