Here you will find a rustic seating area at the table. At the picturesque Villa Prisedi, great importance was attached to appealing and varied outdoor seating, so that there is another area for a comfortable stay in the front near the entrance to the house. Since there is always enough shade, depending on the position of the sun, you can change if necessary and thus spend the whole day prima outdoors. When equipping the outdoor area, it was carefully taken into account that even active vacationers - young and old - will feel right at home: Table tennis table and foosball table are available in a separate small building in front of the main house, and there is also a children's playground on the lawn. The main house with 260 m² offers you plenty of space to spread out inside. The open dining and living room is friendly designed and equipped with standard, mainly wooden interior. Colorful pictures on the walls and exposed beams on the ceilings create a totally cozy flair. Of course, there is a TV near the sofa, for example, for your favorite series. The charming kitchen, which is fully equipped, is semi-open via an archway and has everything you need for self-catering vacations. The open fireplace conjures up a particularly cozy ambience. A shower room and a practical guest toilet are also located on the first floor. In the four bedrooms on the upper floor - two of them with access to the beautiful sea view balcony - you will be welcomed by solid furnishings, each framed by an individual, unusual wall design, in which natural stone elements and colorful accents play a role. Two shower bathrooms complete the living comfort in this pleasant family villa.
