On the 1.076 m² large, completely fenced area alone, which will be your private realm for the time of your vacation, you have many possibilities to convince yourself of the high quality of this object. First of all there is the large pool terrace, which surrounds the 72 m² pool. From here you can enjoy a dreamlike sea view, which can be taken up most comfortably from one of the ready couches. Covered zones directly at the house invite you with lounge furniture and a nice dining area to celebrate the view from there. For culinary delights, the brick charcoal grill is at your disposal - in combination with the feast for the eyes in the evening lighting, your barbecue will surely be particularly successful. Even the little ones have been thought of on the property: thanks to the playground, boredom is unlikely to arise during a family vacation here. Whoever inhabits this house is surrounded by a distinctive ambience, which is reflected in charming, high-quality furnishings. Aesthetically designed floors, walls and lighting are essential components of the trendy furnished large living and dining room, which in turn is openly connected to the comprehensively equipped kitchen, where you can excellently prepare meals even for several. A guest toilet is also located on the first floor, as well as an elegant double bedroom, with modern en suite bathroom and access to the outside.
