On over 1,000 m² of land, this charming villa welcomes you with family-friendly equipment! Angled terrace areas, covered and directly under the open sky, are at your disposal for enjoyable vacation days. A particularly fine spot is definitely the dining table, from which you have a beautiful view of the garden and the pool, and which is just perfect for your start of the day together. After the table is cleared, if you want to take it easy, you can go straight to one of the sun loungers, where you can relax in comfort. Don't forget to put your favorite drink within reach! Splashing around and sporty swimming go equally well in the stately pool, which is covered with decorative mosaic tiles. And if the little ones are still not exhausted afterwards, they certainly will be after they have romped on the playground. Meanwhile, the grown-ups can try out the fitness equipment right next door. Whether with a break in between or not - a game of foosball is definitely still possible today! There's no question about it: at some point, you'll get hungry again. The brick grill integrated into the small summer kitchen is still looking for its fire master. Once it has been found, the culinary conviviality of a fulfilling vacation day can come to an end. The country house, which appears rather traditional from the outside, knows how to convince with modern furnishings on the inside. Light gray tones, anthracite and white join carefully dosed color contrasts that do not miss their effect. And so the sofa here is a real eye-catcher, which then additionally scores with a lot of coziness and comfort when you get to know it better - and with a sleeping place for two if needed. In the spacious room, which combines living, dining and kitchen, you can spend time together without necessarily pursuing the same activities. And so some can still read, watch TV or play (for example, on the Playstation), while others are already busy preparing the next meal. A guest toilet and a chic double bedroom with en suite shower room and terrace access are also located on the first floor. Two more double bedrooms with shower bathrooms en suite are located on the upper floor, one of the two rest rooms has access to the balcony. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with its own TV.
