The 400 m² fenced property offers wonderful places from which you can enjoy the view over the Kvaerner Bay as often and as long as you like. The terrace, which runs around the corner and is partly equipped with a glass balustrade, is elevated and offers a nice dining area as well as comfortable loungers that invite you to do nothing at all. The 16 m² infinity saltwater pool offers you pleasant refreshment and can be heated if necessary. Even from the water you can look into the beautiful distance! The outdoor table, where you have surely already had a delicious breakfast in the morning, will be renamed to a barbecue table for the evening - and so you can then end a fulfilling day together in the most beautiful sea light. If you feel like exploring during the day, you can simply grab one of the two available bicycles and cycle through the surroundings. The living room with fireplace welcomes you in a cozy and anything but ordinary way, which gets an individual-stylish flair through optical eye-catchers like the concrete elements. Sofa and armchair are the perfect companions for a cozy TV evening, only the nibbles on the chic side table are missing. If needed, the sofa offers you the possibility for two additional sleeping places. In the chic, open kitchen - located one floor below on the first floor - you can try out exciting recipes together. And thanks to the bar table you always have a suitable place for a drink in between. The entertainment room with foosball table and fitness equipment - originally a garage connected to the hallway via a door - is also located on this level and provides indoor variety. A practical guest toilet is also located on the entrance floor. You will certainly also like the aesthetically decorated bedrooms in the basement, which are not only all air-conditioned, but also each equipped with its own TV and modern en suite shower room. Both also have access to a small balcony or gravel garden, so you can greet the new day undisturbed, if you wish.
