Bright white, with many large windows and cleverly designed projections that act as imposing shade, the chic villa was built for up to eight people. From the comfortable sun loungers you have a great view of the elegant building. And not only that, but also the pool, which is covered with blue mosaic stones and pampers your skin with salt water, can be comfortably accessed via a wide staircase and can be heated if necessary. Well-kept lawns, a few gnarled old olive trees and other Mediterranean greenery also adorn the walled property. To relax you can also sit down on one of the inviting outdoor seating groups on the terrace directly at the house or meet at the dining table, which is located in the area of the practical summer kitchen including grill, for a common meal. The outdoor shower in the garden also offers a refreshing cool-down, while the balconies with chill-out furniture are perfect for a delicious sundowner. The little fellow travelers are guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful climbing frame installed in the garden; the ping-pong table should please both big and small active vacationers. A real eye-catcher is the dreamlike outdoor area also in the dark - ideal for extended daytime evenings at balmy temperatures. The interior of the villa is also particularly tasteful - with a flair that, with a little imagination, is reminiscent of a gentle summer breeze by the sea. Sand and wood colors, mixed with white and blue, create a light mood, which is further emphasized by the open architecture and the abundant incoming light. On the first floor is the open plan living and dining area. From the sofas in the living room, you can either enjoy good conversation with a glass of wine or a TV evening snuggled comfortably into the cushions. At the dining table right next to it, you can enjoy culinary delights that you have prepared in the well-equipped, open kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the garden. If you feel like closing your eyes after dinner, you can either go to the bedroom on the first floor or to one of the three bedrooms upstairs. Three modern bathrooms complete the living comfort as well as a practical guest toilet, which is located on the first floor. The upper bedrooms have access to the already described balconies, where you will certainly enjoy the first coffee in the morning.
