Relax on the sun loungers under the blue Mediterranean sky, sip your favorite drink with relish, and treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the salt water in between. The shady terrace right next to the house competes with this zone - there is a comfortable dining area that offers you a cozy spot well into the evening; the pretty evening lighting does the rest. Soccer goals and badminton provide ample opportunities for sporting activities. Upon entering the air-conditioned villa, an open area with airy ceiling height awaits you. This heart of the house combines the functional areas of kitchen, dining and living. In addition to the pleasantly generous feeling of space, technically innovative equipment is also offered here, including a comfortably equipped kitchen and an LCD TV.
