Right next to the villa, which is one half of a semi-detached house, there is a no less decorative terrace that surrounds the pool and offers you a number of attractive relaxation spots - first and foremost, of course, the comfortable loungers on which you can relax under a parasol or directly in the open air. The 38 m² pool scores with a pretty mosaic design, super-comfortable steps and a shallow area that is perfect for splashing around with small children. By the way, there is also a trampoline in the garden for the little ones. Right next to the house, you'll find a totally cozy area for socializing in the covered lounge-like dining area - and a few steps away, the brick charcoal grill is already waiting for the grill master to take command for hearty barbecues. On the stylishly designed balcony with glass parapet you can enjoy a beautiful view in the lounge. The outdoor areas of "Elite 1" and its direct neighbor "Elite 2" are not separated from each other, yet each residential party enjoys its privacy including its own pool. The rental of both halves of the house is therefore ideal for two families traveling together who, in addition to community, also place great value on personal space during their vacation. You should have a lot of fun preparing your meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen - and from here you also have direct access to the terrace. A practical guest toilet with shower and a laundry room are also located on the first floor. The upper floor is dedicated to relaxation: four chic, individually designed bedrooms, all with air conditioning, private TV and elegant bathroom en suite are at your disposal. From three bedrooms you have access to the balcony. The presence of underfloor heating in the living room and in all bathrooms make year-round living in this good mood villa particularly attractive.
