However, you will soon realize what treasures this Istrian vacation home, which has been lovingly and lavishly restored, really holds. In addition to the lush natural stone on the house and terraces, beautiful trees and other Mediterranean greenery, the wonderfully private outdoor area is characterized by the pool set with deep blue mosaic tiles. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase, the surrounding sun terrace invites you to extended hours of relaxation. Particularly attractive is also the cozy covered stone lounge, where you can sip your favorite drink while enjoying the view of the pool and garden. A wonderful spot in the evening too! Right next door the summer kitchen is installed - so culinary barbecue evenings can be planned in advance! An electric as well as a brick barbecue offer you a variety of possibilities. Directly at the house you sit roofed and comfortable and have from there also a beautiful perspective. And now it's getting really cozy! Modern-original country house style with lots of wood and a gray-white color scheme actually makes you want to stay indoors as well. You will find a combined living and kitchen area in the attached new building. Loving details characterize the particularly charming atmosphere in this room, where you can conjure up additional comfort in the evening with a fireplace. Whether chilling on the sofa or chopping in the kitchen - here everything takes place under one roof. The distances to the outside are pleasantly short, so that setting up and covering are done in no time at all. And if you do want to eat inside, you can do so at the counter-like table, which is integrated into the fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom are also located on the first floor. Very consistently, the comfort exuding stylish flair is continued here. The upper floor houses two more double bedrooms, again one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A second bathroom completes the living comfort.
