The smart villa is located on a small, private property, which consists of a wonderful Mediterranean garden with lawn and tall trees and sculptures, it is located in the ideal neighbourly location to other properties. The villa is located in the middle of the protected small fishing village Rogač within the UNESCO protection zone far from any mass tourism. As a tourist, you will not experience any special treatment, but you will be able to immerse yourself in the everyday life of the islanders when you visit the many small, almost private beach bays, on the fishing boats, in the olive groves or the centre of the island alternatively in the evening in the rustic Konobas and therefore get a unique, authentic chance to experience Croatian island life.   In the spacious villa you have 220 m2 of living space on 2 floors. There are living areas flooded with the golden light of the Mediterranean, such as the large living area with dark brown comfortable upholstered furniture and an American-style open-plan kitchen on an offset level. A small staircase leads from the living room to the open kitchen and dining area, which is child-friendly. The stylish high-gloss kitchen is a Sandy beige colour and equipped with cooking island, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, pots, pans, complete dining and breakfast service and cutlery for nine people. At the small counter there are two seats with chic wicker barstools. This is joined with a dining area for the whole group. On the ground floor there is also a junior suite and a smaller double room with separate beds. Upstairs are two more junior suites. The three suites each have an en-suite bathroom with the finest amenities including walk-in shower, underfloor heating and a separate dressing room with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. 120 m2 terrace area on the ground floor and upstairs complete this great holiday home and make it an exceptional property. Particularly noteworthy is the roof terrace of more than 40 m2 on the 1st floor, which offers a great view to the sea. You can cool off either in the private pool with surrounding sun terrace or by a swim in the nearby bay. Numerous sunbeds are available for sunbathing,   Despite the possibility of a great island holiday with individual character you do not need to live here in the Diaspora. The mainland can be reached several times a day during the peak season by car ferry; the journey takes about 50 minutes. Here you have the opportunity to stroll and shop in the beautiful city of Split or to visit the sights such as the old town with the Diocletian's Palace. Returning from your excursions from the mainland, you will find a natural retreat in the Villa "Bianco". Have fun discovering the Dalmatian way of life and culture. To explore the surrounding area you have two bicycles available.
