A true island holiday is offered to its guests by this charming pool villa "Azzurro". The white villa built in typical local stone with the honey-coloured wooden shutters is located on a small plot of land surrounded by trees and rich Mediterranean flora. The villa is located on a wooded slope and enjoys privacy and provides some environmental protection. With the backdrop of the wooded slope and from between the trees, the phenomenal sundeck allows you can look out on to nearby bay and enjoys the view of the sea. The location in the picturesque fishing village of Rogač on the island of Šolta is truly unique. With the finest breeze and fresh air you are able to spend the day outdoors. There are varied possibilities: The pool for example (with a depth of 1.70 m) is surrounded by a small wall and tall trees, the terrace is adjacent to the house, so that there is a great outdoor lounge centred around the pool. There are comfortable wooden loungers and other modern trendy seating furniture you can relax at any time of the day. In the bedrooms there are small balconies, these provide you with the quiet space to enjoy time for reflection or a morning coffee. On the covered BBQ terrace is an outdoor dining area, where the guests can enjoy a relaxed barbecue. As if that were not enough, the highlight is the sundeck above the first floor. Great for relaxing, for the sun worshiper or simply to rest under the umbrellas with the offering of a perfect sea.   The living area is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The open kitchen and dining room is complimented by the luxurious exterior design. Smoothly puttied white walls, bright floor tiles in high gloss polish and details such as white sofa furniture emit an estimable lightness and underline the light character of the great decor. Only a few steps above the living area is the open kitchen with adjoining dining area. The sand-coloured designer kitchen with its glossy cupboard doors seems to shimmer almost gold like. A dark stone worktop and stainless steel elements emphasise the impressive accents. The fully equipped American style kitchen offers everything you would expect for convenience and comfort. You can sit comfortably at the counter of the cooking island while preparing the meals and talking with friends. The area opens to the chic sophisticatedly designed dining area.   The spacious living area of the house offers 3 junior suites (each with its own bathroom and dressing room) and a smaller double room with separate beds. The highlight: The villa owners are very friendly and are prepared to two people at a reasonable price. If you are travelling with a child, a baby cot can be provided upon request. Due to the generous size of the property you have the option to fully occupy the house, the prices are staggered accordingly. We have indicated here the price for the lowest occupancy and the price for the full occupancy. Please ask our team for intermediate prices with occupancy of up to 4 or 6 people.   Despite being away from tourism, you are still close enough to the mainland by car ferry (this runs in the high season 5 times a day and starts in the ferry port) Rogac offers the possibility for a genuine and relaxing holiday, during which you will get to know the country and people quickly.
