The villa "Veronica" (completely renovated in 2019), furnished in modern country house style, is located in the small settlement of Barat on a plot of land of almost 600 sqm. Barat is one of the fifty-four villages of Višnjan in Istria and is situated as the crow flies about 1.5 km south of the divided municipality. In the newer part of the Croatian village you will find a handful of shops, a post office and a bank for daily errands. Barat itself is only about 11 km as the crow flies from the sea, so you only have to travel a short distance for the longed-for beach days on the Adriatic.
