The real beauty is revealed as soon as you have passed through the wrought-iron gate and entered the beautiful terrace and garden area including the turquoise-blue shimmering pool. The large, corner-covered area has a pleasant amount of shade even in summer, which will certainly play a role for meals and the one or other siesta in the balmy breeze. The pool, at 8 meters, is a passable length for getting in shape, if it can only be a taste of the magnificent expanse of the Croatian Adriatic and the unique beaches that await you just a few minutes' drive away. There is also enough space for children to spread out under supervision, and an extra playground is also nearby. In addition, the area offers plenty of opportunities for small and big adventure kids to let off steam. In the evening, it's a matter of finding the respective grill master who is responsible for culinary barbecue feasts, which are guaranteed to be a special treat at balmy temperatures and with a view of the garden! Pleasure can also be found in the interior of the property, which knows how to convince spontaneously with a very good and stylish equipment. The timelessly beautiful furniture, which stands out due to the use of a lot of wood and fine fabrics, harmonizes perfectly with the various floor tiles in brown tones and the wooden floors of the total of four bedrooms (two per floor); quaint and originally integrated stone elements complete the picture to an all-around cozy whole. In the open-plan living-dining area, there is a comfortable sofa in front of the open fireplace and an LCD TV with satellite connection; loosely separated by a half-height wall, the massive dining table awaits sociable indoor dinner rounds. The bright kitchen is fully equipped - perhaps you would like to try typical Croatian dishes together to get to know the country even better? Washing machine, safe and alarm system are available. One bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with shower and offers courtyard view, the second bedroom is accessible via a separate entrance from the covered terrace, also with a view of the courtyard and also pool. The bedrooms on the upper floor each have their own bathrooms and balconies. The view here falls on the garden, the neighboring vineyards and the sea in the distance. In village idyll and at the same time only about 16 km from the city of Poreč, you actually kill several birds with one stone with "Veronica's" location: you have here the unspoiled nature of Istria on the one hand and the proximity to the picture book beaches of the Adriatic on the other hand - it is only a stone's throw from the lush hinterland to the coast! Also very close, only 2 km away, is the historic town of Višnjan, where you can do your everyday shopping and discover many a detail worth seeing. Be sure to make a round trip through Central Istria, one of the few Mediterranean regions where untouched nature stands right next to cultural and historical monuments. In the villages, some of which are located on small hills, you can enjoy unforgettable views that you can later take home in your inner photo album.
