This beautiful villa "Tribalj" will enchant its visitors and guests. Everything about this house is harmonious, it is so pretty and at the same time modern and stylish. There is so much to discover here and we have to confess that on our first visit raised comments such as "Oh no, how beautiful" and "Look, how pretty is this" and "What a view" were easy and understandable comments to make. The villa was outstanding. This beautiful villa is situated on a hill and is surrounded by a small stone wall. Standing in front of the double mint coloured gate, you feel a sense that there is something special inside. Upon entering through the gates the private property overlooks a terraced landscape, paved with natural stone, this is located in front of the house and in the centre sits the swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, which promises relaxing moments. The colour mint is found on the wooden lattice windows and the wooden shutters. The natural stone area also provides seating areas. At the side of the house there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. The stone-built barbecue with oven promises a wonderful relaxing barbecue, perhaps with a glass of Zlahtina, the dry white wine from the island of Krk (one of the numerous islands belonging to the Kvarner region). Meanwhile children can discover the fun and enjoyment provided on the children's playground. The interior decor of the villa is inviting and delivers a satisfying first impression which is built on from the moment you enter the property. On the ground floor you will find comfortable communal areas which include a large living room with open fireplace and comfortable seating areas. At the open fireplace there is a small bench where you can sit and absorb the comfort that radiates the house with wooden floors showing its naturalness and the pretty decorative items. For entertainment there is a TV, a video library and a small business corner with library. The living area is bordered by the open dining area with a long white table and 8 matching chairs in modern baroque style. If on cooler days you do not like to take your meals outside, this is a perfectly beautiful place. The kitchen enjoys a unique individuality. We find it very charming non-standard built-in kitchen, with a brick body. The cabinets are decorated with vanilla-coloured fronts in the country house style. The tiles in matching sandstones refine the colour scheme and also match the visible wooden ceiling beams and simple wide wooden planks, which serve as a storage area. As in the whole house, there is a wooden floor, which not only underlines the modern rustic character of the house, but also delivers a pleasant feeling of well-being. You do not have to do without the usual home comforts as the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven at a comfortable height, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and much more. Furthermore, you can also find on the lower level the "practical" area with guest bathroom, storage room, washing machine, etc. The wide wooden staircase with antique forged railings leads to the upper floor of the villa, there are 3 double ensuite bedrooms. Each room is named. "The Romantic Room" - a playful double room with queen size bed, a shower bath in white-gray and a large white decorated metal bed. "The Valley Room" also has a queen bed with shower area providing a chic brownish-yellow mosaic. The panoramic view of the Vinodol Valley gives the room its name. Last but not least the "The Master Lake Room" is the largest bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. The 45 sqm room with bathtub and natural stone tile bathroom plus a small workspace offers an unforgettable view of the Vinodol Valley, Tribalj Lake and the Prince Frankopan Tower. All rooms are air conditioned with private LCD TV and other amenities. Perhaps you have already seen the photos of the spectacular natural location of the house. A peaceful location with spectacular views in all directions over beautiful slopes, into the valley and the lake. From the first to the last day of your holiday, you will be amazed and charmed every morning when you wake. The quiet location guarantees you and your family or friends a relaxing holiday. The location is so central with 10 minutes to the beach of Crikvenica. The sea is clear, clean seawater with a shady promenade, where you can enjoy a cool drink or the delicacies of the region. The capital of Kvarner Bay, Rijeka, is easily reached and only 25 km by car. After Split and Zagreb, Rijeka is the third largest city in Croatia and offers the capital of the Kvarner region as well as the University city the advantages of a small metropolis full of cultural diversity. An excursion to one of the many islands of the Kvarner Bay should not be missed. The largest of the islands - Krk - is connected and easily accessible by bridge to the mainland. Enjoy the countryside and the cities of the region, which are so varied in the Mediterranean. The Villa "Tribalj" and the exceptionally friendly and helpful owners make it easy for you on arrival.
