In the courtyard-like pool area, surrounded by an old natural stone wall, you simply have to feel comfortable! It's up to you whether you sit on one of the comfortable loungers in this protected zone, make yourself comfortable at the dining table or take a few laps in the pool. The little ones might like a swing in between. And someone is already looking over to the barbecue and mentally planning a barbecue for the evening. Near the brick charcoal grill you can sit in the green and enjoy the beautiful area. The balcony will provide you with great views - just set the view to distant and let yourself feel the beauty of this picture stretching in front of you! By the way, if you feel like exploring the area on your bike, you can use one of the two rental bikes. Villa Tuscany-Crikvenica is a historic house that has been lovingly renovated while preserving its old charm. The combination with contemporary elements creates an absolutely unique atmosphere here, which can by no means be reduced to one style and is probably hard to top in terms of coziness. A lot of wood and stone, as well as cleverly used colors and shapes give the premises virtually its own personality. A large kitchen with cooking island and dining area forms the heart of the first floor. Beautifully lit and a real eye-catcher is the niche hidden under a round arch, where a modern foosball table and a children's corner are placed. The rustic and trendy living room next door is dedicated to pleasant relaxation. A guest toilet is also conveniently located on this living level. In a tavern-like annex you have another possibility to sit together. If you like, you can play a game of billiards. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a shower room. In one of the bedrooms there is an extra single bed suitable for a child. Two additional sleeping possibilities are offered by the sofa bed in the living room. The presence of underfloor heating as well as air conditioning allows for comfortable vacations in this villa all year round.
