Admittedly, that is quite a lot of dreams at once. We immediately think of "The One" - the cube-like villa that actually manages to fulfill all these wishes and perhaps even more. Incredible 15,000 m² of land, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean nature, are available to you for your vacation days under the open sky. On the well-kept lawns and terraces you have plenty of opportunities to relax. And whether you flatten yourself in the stylish lounge near the Jacuzzi or on one of the comfortable loungers flanking the pool is, of course, entirely up to you. In between, you're bound to want to cool off in the infinity saltwater pool, which at 36 m² is also far from tiny. The grounds are magically illuminated in the evening - when you're sitting at the barbecue, you can revel in this sight together. In addition to the unique features mentioned so far, this Istrian vacation home is characterized by a very original building and room concept. You will find here two wings that house different living areas, each with a high level of aesthetics. In the smaller unit, the so-called "Social House", you'll find the ingeniously equipped white style kitchen - two refrigerators plus a wine fridge included - as well as a beautiful dining area in front of large windows facing the garden and pool. An elegant double bedroom with en suite shower room is also located in this part of the building. The main house also invites to social gatherings: In the first floor designed open living area with sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace you are guaranteed enjoyable indoor hours. While this living floor also houses a guest toilet, those seeking peace and quiet will find three individually designed oases of well-being on the upper floor, which will help you to enjoy deeply restful nights. Three en suite bathrooms - one with a large bathtub, the other two with a shower - complete the comfortable room offer. All bedrooms are also equipped with TV and air-conditioned.
