It is situated on a small street along which the beautiful villas of the tranquil village are loosely lined up. This holiday home is tailor-made for all those who would like to spend their holidays in Croatia in an ambience that is also modern and of high quality and has excellent infrastructural connections. Outdoors and indoors, this villa offers wonderful possibilities for an all-round perfect stay: the aesthetic outdoor area facing the sea is characterised by terraces and balconies that offer a view of the sky and the sea. At the dining table on the covered terrace, you can simply take all your meals as you please and enjoy the sea view effect at any time of day; the barbecue for enjoyable barbecues is right next door. Stylish loungers invite you to sunbathe extensively. The pool, tiled with decorative mosaic tiles, beckons with cool freshness, and a practical outdoor shower is also available. The 500 m² interior of the villa presents itself on three floors in a stylish atmosphere characterised by straight lines, harmonious colours and modern design. Spaciousness and a rather minimalist design form a very harmonious framework for the appealing interior. The morning view from the many large windows should be a delight for all fellow travellers every day - and that can be several handfuls here. This house is perfect for several families who like to spend their holidays together, but do not want to do without complete privacy. Top infrastructure! The surrounding area has everything you need for a fulfilling holiday: pure nature, beautiful beaches, inviting restaurants, sufficient shopping facilities within walking distance. If you still want to go by car, you can reach Pula, the largest city in the Istrian region, in about 12 km. The international airport is a pleasant 17 km away. Nice day trips to Rovinj or Porec can also be realised without much effort due to the good motorway connection. The "Kamenjak" nature park is 1 km away. If you want to visit the only national park in Istria, drive to Fazana. The ferry to the Brijuni Islands departs from here.
