Maybe a good book or chilling music enhances the moment? The pool, which can be heated on request, brings cooling for young and old, and the practical outdoor shower completes the bathing fun. Open and covered seating complements the outdoor equipment, as does the brick barbecue, on which you can prepare hearty Mediterranean delicacies and enjoy them at the beautiful outdoor dining table. The interior of the villa is cozy and offers you enough space to stretch out even with full occupancy. In the spacious living room you can comfortably sit on the sofas (one of them can be used as a sofa bed for two guests if needed) in front of the TV, right next to it you will find the table for indoor meals. Floor-to-ceiling windows in this living area let in a lot of light and make it easy to switch between being outside and inside. In the fully equipped high-gloss kitchen, you can sit casually at the small counter while looking outside, perhaps sipping an aperitif while preparing your meal together? Three modern and comfortable bedrooms plus two bathrooms - one of them en suite - are located on the upper floor. From up here you can also access the nice corner balcony, from which you can perfectly overlook the garden.
